There is no exact science or precise measurements to making fresh fruit/veggie or freggie juices…Be creative and carefree, and experiment…
Here are some recipes that I created that I would like to share with you.

Serendipitous Citrus
1 peeled orange juice of 1/4 lemon 1 kiwi 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh 1/4 to 1/2 cup water 1 cup ice Combine everything in whole food blender and blend away.
Makes 1-2 cups.
Cool Colada
1 banana 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen or fresh 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup mango (optional) 1/2 cup of ice Combine ingredients in a whole food blender and feel the tranquility.
Makes 2 cups.
So Berry Fresh
1 cup red grapes 1/2 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1/4 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1/4 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen) 1/4 cup of blackberries (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup ice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in whole food blender and feel refreshed.
Makes 2-4 cups.
Longevity Freggie
handful of baby spinach 1 apple, red or green juice of half a lemon 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks, frozen or fresh 1 kiwi 1/4 cup grapes, red or green 1/2 a beet handful of blueberries, frozen or fresh handful of baby carrots 8-12 ounces of water, depending on how thin or thick you want your juice texture to be Combine all ingredients in a whole food blender, like VitaMix or BlendTec.
Juice away. Makes 2 cups.
Green Envy
1/2 cup spinach 1/2 cucumber handful of parsley or cilantro juice of half lime or lemon 1 green apple 1-2 stalks of celery 1/2 – 1 cup water Combine all ingredients in whole food blender and be prepared to be incredible hulk.
(when using frozen fruit, decrease ice by 1/4 cup)
